We may also ask for your information when you enter or participate in promotions, surveys, contests, sweepstakes.
SAUER may also collect other types of information in the following ways:
Our server logs automatically collect information, such as your IP address, your browser type and language, and the date and time of your visit, which helps us track users' movements around our site and understand trends.
SAUER may assign your computer one or more cookies which may collect information to facilitate access to our Sites and to personalize your online experience. SAUER may use standard Internet tools, such web beacons, which collect information that tracks your use of our Sites and enables us to customize our services and advertisements.
We may also collect personally identifiable information about you if you choose to enable, log into, or sign on to our social media sites such as Facebook or Instagram (“Social Media Sites”). When you connect to our Social Media Sites, we may collect personally identifiable information that you provide. For example, when you log in with your Facebook credentials, we may collect personally identifiable information from your Facebook profile, if permitted – such as your email address, profile picture, and friends list. We use this information to personalize the services we provide to you. If you do not want to provide us with this information, please change the privacy settings on your Social Media Site accounts.
You can browse our Sites without providing any personally identifiable information about yourself. When submitting your personally identifiable information to us, you are giving us your consent to its collection, use, and disclosure.
We do not sell, trade or rent your personally identifiable information to third-parties, unless you have granted us permission to do so. However, SAUER may combine the non-personally identifiable information you provide to SAUER with information that is publicly available, collected through data collection devices and/or information that is received from SAUER’s partners, parents, subsidiaries, affiliates or other third parties to improve the Sites. SAUER reserves the right to share such aggregate information with third parties for that sole purpose as well.
Our Sites are not intended for children under 13 years of age. No one under age 13 may provide any personally identifiable information to or on the Sites. SAUER does not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. These third parties only receive personally identifiable information if such information is needed to perform their function(s), and they are not authorized to use any personally identifiable information for any other purpose(s) other than the purpose(s) set forth by SAUER. We only provide third-parties with the minimum amount of personally identifiable information necessary to complete the requested service, product or transaction.

If you are located outside of the United States or are using the Sites from outside the United States, please be aware that your personally identifiable information will be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States where our servers are located and our central database is operated. The laws that apply to the use and protection of personal data in the United States or other countries or jurisdictions in which we transfer or process personally identifiable information may be different than the laws and protections in your country. By voluntarily providing us with your personally identifiable information and/or using the Sites, you consent to the terms of this Policy and the collection, use, maintenance, transfer to and processing of your personally identifiable information in the United States or other countries or territories, and, unless otherwise stated in this Policy, we use this consent as the legal basis for that data transfer. If you require further information about this, you can request it from email@example.com.

Your IP address may also be used in combination with your personally identifiable information for credit fraud protection and risk reduction.
Control Over Your Data
We provide our Site users with control over their personally identifiable information. You may:
• request access to the personally identifiable information we have collected about you;

To make any of the above requests, please submit a request to us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org. We may need to request additional information from you in order to verify your identity. We will begin processing your request once we are able to verify your identity and we will respond to your request within 45 days of its receipt, or we will notify you if we require more time to respond. If we cannot verify your identity or authority to make the request, we will not respond to your request. If we find that your verifiable consumer request is excessive, repetitive, or manifestly unfounded, we may charge a reasonable fee to respond to your request. We will not discriminate against you for requesting any of the rights outlined above.
The Sites’ web pages may also contain electronic images known as web beacons. These web beacons allow SAUER to count users who have visited certain web pages or to deliver co-branded services.
SAUER may also include web beacons in its email messages in order to determine whether the message has been opened or acted upon.
Additionally, SAUER may use third-party advertising or content delivery companies to serve ads or images on the Sites or on other websites on the World Wide Web. These companies may use web beacons to place a persistent cookie on your computer. Doing this allows the third party to recognize your computer each time you visit certain pages or emails and compiles anonymous information. Information collected through these third-party advertising companies is anonymous.
Links to Other Websites: The Sites may provide links to other third-party websites which are outside our control and not covered by this Policy. We may also receive personal information about you from third parties and combine that with information we collect through the Sites. For example, when you interact with us through Social Media Sites or third-party service, such as when you like, follow or share our content on Facebook, Instagram, or other sites, we may receive information that you permit the social network to share with third parties. The data we receive from these third-party sites is dependent upon that third party’s policies and your privacy settings on that third-party site. We encourage you to review the privacy policies posted on these (and all) websites.
